Hybrid · Launching November 1st
Your week,
built from
your numbers.
Training for eight runs and eight stations? Log what you do, and every Monday Zyx builds the week's sessions around your weakest station and your running pace.
One email on launch day. Nothing else.
A small group of athletes is already training with it.
Eight runs. Eight stations.
Eight kilometres, each followed by a station. Preparing for your first Hyrox, or your fifth, this is the work Zyx is built around.

Inside the app
Three screens. Zyx does its work behind them.
Every Monday
A week of sessions, built for you
Choose the days a week and the minutes a session. Tick the equipment you have. Your Personal trainer builds the week from your numbers and last week's logs, aimed at your weakest station and your running pace.
No sled, no SkiErg? A missing machine gets an alternative. Tap a session and the log form opens already filled in.
Thirty seconds
Log any workout, typed or from a photo
Type it as it was written, or photograph the board or screenshot the programme. Check what was read, add the time, and save.
Every session you log is read for Hybrid: what it asked of your running, your stations and your legs.
Getting to know you
Four times, one count, two workouts
Your 1 km run, 5 km run, 1000 m row and 1000 m SkiErg times, your max unbroken wall balls, and two timed workouts. That is the calibration that points the trainer at the right pace and the right weakness.
Skip what you have not done. Whatever you log after that keeps sharpening the picture.
On the way
Race projection and a station-by-station breakdown are next. They are not in the app yet, and we will say so on launch day when they are.
What makes it different
Things we built into it on purpose. Judge them on the clock.
A week built from you
Not a template. Your numbers and last week's logs decide the sessions, the paces and where the work goes.
It targets your weakest station
Every week the plan leans on the station holding you back, and on your running pace.
Your days, your minutes
Pick how many days a week and how long a session. The week is built to fit your life, not the other way round.
Your equipment is respected
Tick what you have. A missing machine gets an alternative, so the session still happens.
Sessions open ready to log
Tap a session and the log form opens already filled in. Do the work, put in the time, save.
Log anything, typed or from a photo
Your own sessions, a gym's programme, the board on the wall. Every logged session is read for Hybrid.
Every figure shows its confidence
Measured, reported, rough or guess, on every number, so you always know whether something rests on a test or on a guess.
Your log is never rewritten
What you did is stored as you wrote it. Only you change or remove a workout.
Honest about what is not here yet
Race projection and a station breakdown are on the way. Until they are in the app, we will not pretend they are.
How it works
- 1
Tell it your numbers
Four times, your wall balls, two timed workouts. Skip what you have not done.
- 2
Choose your week
Days per week, minutes per session, the equipment you have. Monday, the week is built.
- 3
Log and watch it adapt
Tap a session, train, save. Next Monday the week is built from what you actually did.
Questions
Who is it for?
Anyone training for races of eight runs and stations, and anyone who trains that way for its own sake. First race or fifth.
What does the Personal trainer do?
Each Monday it builds the week's sessions from your numbers and last week's logs, for the days and minutes you choose and the equipment you tick, aimed at your weakest station and your running pace.
What if I don't have a sled or a SkiErg?
Untick it. A missing machine gets an alternative in the session.
Do I need to know my times?
No. Skip what you have not done. What you log afterwards makes the picture sharper.
Can I log a workout from a photo?
Yes. Photograph the board or screenshot the programme, check what was read, and save. Or type it.
Is there a race projection?
Not yet. Race projection and a station breakdown are on the way.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Everything you log is stored as you entered it. It is never sold.
When?
November 1st. Leave your email above and you hear from us once, that day.
