The short version
- You give us your email, a few facts about you, and the training you log. We use them to run GrowZyx for you and to make it better.
- Having an account means we write to you by email, including about new features and offers. Every such email has a link that stops them.
- Your data lives in GrowZyx and is read in GrowZyx. Sign in and all of it is there. There is no export, download or copy.
- We do not sell it, and no advertiser ever sees it.
- If you want your account and everything in it erased, write to us and it is done.
Who we are
GrowZyx runs the website growzyx.com and the training app at growzyx.com/app, and decides how the data in them is used. For anything in this policy, write to info@growzyx.com.
Inside the app you will see the name Zyx. It is the part of GrowZyx that turns your training into numbers and predictions. It is software we run, not another company.
What we collect

Your bodyweight and your training say something about your physical condition. We treat them with that in mind: they are used to run the app for you and to improve it, and for nothing else.

Nothing here is decided about you by a machine in a way that has legal or similar effect. Zyx predicts a Fran time; it does not decide anything about your life.
Emails we send you
Creating an account means we communicate with you by email. That includes news about GrowZyx and offers, such as a discount. You are told this when you sign up.

The link in an email stops that kind of email with one press, without signing in, and leaves your account as it is. Stopping offers never costs you your account.
Who else handles it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. These companies handle it on our behalf, under contract, to do one job each:

We would hand data to an authority only where the law obliges us to.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored in the United States. Where it leaves the European Union, it does so under the safeguards European law provides for such transfers, which our providers commit to in their data processing agreements.
It is kept for as long as you have an account. Backups are made every night and each is deleted after 30 days.
Seeing your data
Everything you have given GrowZyx is available to you at any time by signing in. Settings › My data lists all of it as you entered it: your account, your answers, every number, every session, every benchmark, what you told us and what we sent you. Your weekly reports and the report on each session are there too.
GrowZyx does not provide exports, downloads or copies of data. The app is where your data lives and where it is consulted.
The way Zyx works, its formulas and the values it is tuned with, is ours and is not part of your data.
Correcting and erasing
A number that has changed is corrected by entering the new one. A session is kept as you logged it; if one is wrong, write to us and we will put it right.
To have your account and everything in it erased, write to info@growzyx.com from the address on your account. It is removed from the app at once and from every backup within 30 days. It cannot be undone. Your email address can be used for a new account afterwards.
You can also object to a use of your data described here, or ask us to restrict it, by writing to the same address.
Age
GrowZyx is for people aged 16 and over. If you believe someone younger has an account, tell us and we will erase it.
Changes and complaints
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top says when the current one came into force.
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, write to us first; we would rather fix it. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
