GrowZyx is run by Praça das Invenções – Unipessoal, Lda (NIF 519251393, Rua São Pedro n2, 2615-279 Alverca do Ribatejo, Portugal). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the website growzyx.com and the training app at growzyx.com/app. For anything about them, write to admin@growzyx.com.

GrowZyx measures the training you log, estimates what you can do and predicts how your workouts will go. Inside the app, the part that does this is called Zyx.

Its numbers are estimates from what you tell it. They are not medical advice, and GrowZyx is not here to take your coach's place. Train within what is safe for you, and ask a doctor before you start if you have any doubt about your health.

You need to be 16 or over, give an email address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.

Every new account starts with 21 days free, with no card asked for. When they end, the app asks you to choose a plan before you can use it again. Nothing you logged is deleted: it is all there again as soon as you subscribe.

There are two plans, monthly and yearly, and either unlocks everything. Their prices are on the subscription page when you subscribe and include VAT. You pay by card on a secure page run by Stripe; your card never touches GrowZyx.

A subscription renews by itself, every month or every year on the same day, until you cancel it. If you subscribe while you still have free days, they carry on, and the first payment is made when they end.

The invoice for every payment, and the credit note for every refund, is emailed to you. They are issued by our certified invoicing software, Moloni, in the name of Praça das Invenções – Unipessoal, Lda.

If a price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. It applies from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before it does.

If a renewal cannot be charged, logging new training is paused until it is paid, and the app shows you where to change your card and pay. Stripe also tries the card again by itself over the following days. If every attempt fails, the subscription ends.

You can cancel at any time in the app: My account › Cancel subscription. The app shows you exactly what happens, and any amount you get back, before you confirm.

The days count from the payment that started the current year, so they apply again at each renewal. A cancellation that ends at the end of the period can be taken back until that day, in the same place.

Money given back goes to the card you paid with; banks take five to ten days to show it. If you cancel during your free days, before any payment, you are never charged.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

What we collect and what we do with it is in the privacy policy. Cancelling does not erase your account: what you logged is kept, and is there again if you subscribe again. You can ask us for a copy of it, or for it to be erased, at any time.

Use GrowZyx for your own training. Do not try to break it, copy it, read it by machine, resell it, or log results you did not do to move a leaderboard. We may suspend an account that does, and tell you why.

GrowZyx keeps changing as it learns. If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we tell you by email before the change takes effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it does. The date at the top says when the current terms came into force.

We work to keep GrowZyx available and its numbers right, but it can be unavailable at times, and its estimates can be wrong. You decide how you train, and we are not responsible for injuries from training. Where the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem; this does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If something is wrong, write to admin@growzyx.com first; we would rather fix it. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, and, as a consumer, take a dispute to the national consumer arbitration centre, CNIACC, or to the courts where you live.
